Reservations
Request a Reservation
We will contact you to talk over the particulars of your stay. We can send a Rental Agreement to you via DocuSign (a fast, easy and secure electronic signature system, so no faxes or mailings back and forth are needed). To secure your reservation, a payment in the amount of one half of the total charges/fees is required. We accept all major credit cards, personal check, or payments through PayPal. The balance for the stay is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation/Refunds
If you cancel your reservation on or before 30 days prior to your planned arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit less a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel after that date, we will refund the tax, cleaning fee and damage/security deposit. But we reserve the right to keep the rental amount. If we are able to re-book the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate.
There is no fee or loss of deposit if you cancel and immediately re-book your stay within the next six (6) months. Re-bookings must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
We recommend low cost traveler’s insurance.
